Canberra Trip 2017
Grade 6 students from our school have recently undertaken an education tour of the national capital. Students have been given the opportunity to participate in a variety of educational programs with a focus on Australia’s history, culture, heritage and democracy.

Canberra was the best week of my life, I had so many great experiences, like making new friends and spending time with people I don’t usually spend time with, and I’m really thankful for the food and money that was provided. Jasmine
When we went to Bowling I threw the ball way too early and it hit the rod that puts the pins down and the machine said it was a strike when it didn’t even hit the pins! Rourke
My favourite bit about Canberra was when we went Questacon and Elliot went into the earthquake with me. Kaleb

Thanks to all of the teachers and especially to Mark our bus driver he was so much fun and we learnt so much from him. He let us watch movies and sing really loud we had so much fun. Aria

The bit about Canberra I liked the most was the slide at Questacon, you had to wear an orange jumpsuit and you would have to hang from a bar and drop. Jackson
